The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was very close to the city center and convenient to most sites by foot or subway. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mijo the bellhop. The rooms were spacious and the interior design was interesting. The breakfast buffet was quite good, although I would have liked to see more vegetables/salad options.

It is a short walk to the city center, and there is also an Underground station nearby for easy transportation. the lobby and rooms are stylishly designed, providing a comfortable and modern atmosphere for guests. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well-appointed.

The limited room service menu and the lack of variety in the breakfast options could be improved.

During our recent stay at a stylish hotel in a great location, we experienced really good service from the reception staff. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to assist us. The lobby and rooftop bars provided a wonderful atmosphere to relax and unwind. The room design, with a mix of wooden floor and carpeted areas, was both modern and comfortable. The hotel's excellent location near the historic center and close to the U-Bahn made exploring the city convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its efficient service, stylish ambiance, and excellent value for money.

The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions or requests we had.

One small drawback was the lack of variety in English language channels on the TV. While it didn't significantly impact our stay, it would have been nice to have a few more entertainment options available for those moments of downtime in the room.

Superb staff, excellent restaurant. Great facilities. Manager gave small refund. Issues will be resolved. Stunning potential.

Offering luxurious services like a top-notch spa, beauty treatment and continental breakfast, which were all memorable. the exclusive swimming pool and steam room were also great facilities to unwind. Plus, the sun loungers made for a perfect day in the sun with a refreshing cocktail from the bar. the staff provided excellent service and private facilities were also exclusive, adding to our relaxing stay.

Bad One minor issue was that the air conditioning was centrally controlled, making the room temperature uncomfortable at times. But overall, this hotel was perfect for a relaxing stay, where all our luxurious needs were fulfilled making it a perfect venue.
